Weekly Schedule Sample:

Monday: Swim on your own


Tuesday: 5:45am to 7:15am / Run at Moore Park 765 NW 36th St. (enter at NW 10th Ave) Or, at Key Biscayne Bridge.


Wednesday: 5:55am to 7:10am / Swim at Miam Rowing Club Pool, 3601 Rickenbacker Cswy., Key Biscayne or other location.


Thursday: 5:30am or 6:30am, 2 Start times / Cycling on Key Biscayne.


Friday: 5:55am to 7:00am Triathlon Specific Strength Training & Calisthenics / Kennedy Park / S. Bayshore Dr., Coconut Grove.


7:30am / SWIM at LA|Fitness in South Miami, 5701 Sunset Drive.


Weekends: 7:00am / Long Ride South, Long Run or Brick on Key Biscayne, alternating weekends. For more details contact us directly at [email protected].

Our "Couch 2TRI System" is GREAT for beginners and first time triathletes but we also support the most seasoned triathletes who want to improve their triathlon performance.


We have an exhilarating group of motivated individuals who are the friendliest and most supportive triathletes in training you'll ever meet.


Our coaching staff is second to none; we've built this team of professional coaches through many years of training together. Each has a specialty that they are passionate about and will certainly bring out your best to get you through the race feeling amazing.


Imagine, while so many others sit back and think of participating in a triathlon, you'll be jumping with JOY because nothing feels better than crossing the finish line!


The actual schedule will be delivered via the Training Peaks app to all registered participants of the program. There will be multiple group training sessions each week.
